Your Questions Answered.

Do I have to book?

It’s definitely advisable.  Most shows will sell out.  Our online booking system is safe & secure and easy to navigate so we make it as easy as possible to book through your browser.  However, for all the technophobes, you can always give us a call.  The box office number is at the bottom of the homepage.

Can I just turn up?

You can… but it’s not advisable.  We sometimes have spare places we can allocate on the day, so you can try your luck.  If you can book in advance, then it’s always better that way.  If you do turn up, remember to come early (doors open at 7pm), and there is absolutely no admittance after 8.45pm.  Give our box office a call if you want to talk it through with a human.

Is there a difference if I book for just 2 or a large group?

No difference!  You can book online to make it easy if you like.  For larger groups (say around 8 or more people), its probably best to give us a call to see what we can do for you.  the box office number is on the homepage.

How old to I have to be? .... and do I have to prove it?

We operate a strict over 18’s policy at all times.  If you are fortunate enough to look younger than your age (in our opinion), we will ask you for ID to prove how old you actually are.  This is a licensing requirement and it’s not us being funny with you.  Rule of thumb is always bring your ID with you – if we ask you for it and you cant show it, then we cant let you in (and there’s no refunds on this one unfortunately).  ID needs to be a government issued or age verified.  We cant accept a friend or family member vouching for your age – It has to be an official ID. It’s the law!

Do you do Hen, Stag, Staff Do's & Birthdays etc?

Definitely!  We specialise in celebrations.  Whether its a staff do or some other celebration or occasion, we make it special for you.  Drop us a message or give us a call to talk through.  If you have a group of 10 or more on the same booking, we’ll make sure the person celebrating or the one organising doesn’t pay for their ticket! Good aren’t we?

How accessible is your venue?

Very! It’s centrally located on the High Street in Loughborough, has cheap parking nearby and has a lift for access to areas where stairs cause an issue.  There’s even a late night fast food place next door (not exactly an accessibility issue, but useful for the after party munchies).

Where will we be seated? Or will we be standing?

For our comedy nights, we have a full seating plan for everyone.  When you book, you book a table for the amount of people you are bringing along.  We unfortunately cant book specific tables and arrange the room based on the requirements of the bookings for that particular night.  Also be aware that for those allocated to the dancefloor area in front of the stage, after the show we remove the seating to allow people to boogie the night away.  There is however other seating around the venue when the venue turns into the disco/club.

For the band nights, seating is available but it’s not booked.  So first come first served.
